Class descriptions

60-minute Vinyasa
Dive into a dynamic, physical class that seamlessly links yoga postures together in an intentional way. We'll explore standing poses, arm balances, inversions and backbends. Some yoga experience is recommended.   

75-minute Gentle Vinyasa
Ease into a slower-paced practice, with a focus on alignment and breath work. Great if you are newer to yoga or fine tuning your practice. All levels are welcome. 

75-min In Depth Flow
A deep dive into a pose, concept, or theme. Expect to learn micro movements, explore longer holds, and sync breath to movement.
