Frequently Asked Questions

How long are private lessons?
You and I will work together to craft the appropriate length of a session based on your schedule and needs. Most sessions are 60-75 minutes.

What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. I will provide a mat and props. For bodywork, a tank top and shorts is preferred.

How much do the sessions cost?
The rate for each session is based on the length of time and ranges from $70-$120. Discounts are offered for weekly sessions, and a needs-based sliding scale is offered to professional performing artists or low-income students. Payment can be made with cash, check, or Venmo. 

I'm dealing with an injury. Is this the right fit for me?
Absolutely! Working one-on-one is an excellent way to heal from your injury and create strength and balance, because the session will be specifically suited to what you need. Our sessions together are particularly impactful if you already have a diagnosis and have seen a physical therapist. We build off of those corrective exercises to create full body balance.

I'm not flexible and have never done anything like this. Are you sure I can do this? 
Yes! Working one-on-one means that I meet you where you are at. You will be amazed by how much change you will witness in a short amount of time.
